Page 12, line 19, after the period insert "for the purposes of this paragraph, "qualified disability expenses" has the same meaning prescribed in section 46-901."
Page 19, after line 35, insert:
"Sec. 10. Retroactivity
Sections 43‑1021 and 43‑1022, Arizona Revised Statutes, as amended by this act apply retroactively to taxable years beginning from and after December 31, 2015."
